Artist's Description

An old street lamp shinning bright on the corner of Bourbon and Orleans Streets in New Orleans, Louisiana. Purple and green mardi gras beads hang on the post depicting a fun night on the town! My daughter and I spent a wonderful weekend in New Orleans, but had to cut our trip short because of the threat of Hurricane Isaac! Love New Orleans! Go Saints!

About Suzanne Theis

Suzanne Theis

I am originally from Louisiana, but as they say...I got to Texas as fast as I could. Two of my aunts are artists and their beautiful paintings have been an inspiration to me. I have attended classes at the Art Institute of Houston, but am mostly a self-taught artist. Hope that you enjoy my work!
