Artist's Description
This is my painting of Lake Martin near St. Martinville, in southwestern Louisiana. The painting depicts cypress trees, hanging moss, lily pads, and algae covered water. This indeed is a great place for fishing!
About Suzanne Theis
I am originally from Louisiana, but as they say...I got to Texas as fast as I could. Two of my aunts are artists and their beautiful paintings have been an inspiration to me. I have attended classes at the Art Institute of Houston, but am mostly a self-taught artist. Hope that you enjoy my work!
